Cherry Overnight Oats

Prep Time 8 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Cherries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, cherries, and cinnamon.
  • Let sit in the fridge over night, enjoy in the morning cold or warm in the microwave for 30 second.
    Alternative cooking: Cook in the microwave for 4 minutes and enjoy right away.

Notes

Makes 2 Servings. Per serving: 4g protein; 19 g NET carbohydrates, 259 mg potassium, 93 mg sodium, 98 mg phosphorus.
