Chia Seed Pudding
Chia Seed Pudding is a great high fibre breakfast or snack option. Top it with your favourite kidney-friendly fruit for some natural sweetness.

Chia seeds

Vanilla extract

Milk or non-dairy beverage

Raspberries or your favourite kidney-friendly fruit
Instructions
In a small bowl mix chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon and milk together. Leave on the counter for 15 minutes.
Top with berries and stir to enjoy.
